一旦小鼠單克隆細(xì)胞系被亞克隆為單克隆，它就可以通過體外（生物反應(yīng)器）或體內(nèi)（腹水）生產(chǎn)用作單克隆抗體（mAb）的無限來源集成。

細(xì)胞系擴增（1-2周）

解凍并擴增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種生物反應(yīng)器重要手段。

可根據(jù)要求提供細(xì)胞系對無血清培養(yǎng)基的適應(yīng)（適應(yīng)最多需要 3 周）。

生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)（2周）

將細(xì)胞系接種到生物反應(yīng)器中并產(chǎn)生抗體更加廣闊。

mAb純化

方法概述：體內(nèi)腹水生產(chǎn)

細(xì)胞系擴增（項目相關(guān)時間線）

解凍并擴增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種小鼠損耗。

接種（3-4周）

對小鼠進行啟動，接種細(xì)胞非常完善，然后收獲抗體積極影響。
